Nia Long is sharing some recommendation on setting boundaries.

The actress took to Instagram on Tuesday, writing, “A tip for psychological well being. Learn to tell apart who deserves a proof, who deserves one reply, and who deserves completely nothing.”

Her submit comes almost two weeks after her fiancé Ime Udoka was suspended as head coach of the Boston Celtics after stories surfaced that the previous skilled basketball participant was dealing with suspension for having an alleged consensual relationship with a member of the Celtics workers.

The Celtics suspended him in an official assertion on Twitter on Sept. 22.
