
Spelman College to Get $5.7M to Develop Science, Math School
ATLANTA (AP) — A basis that promotes science and math analysis is giving Atlanta’s Spelman College $5.7 million.
The New York-based Simons Foundation introduced the reward Wednesday to the traditionally Black personal ladies’s school.
Spelman mentioned the cash pays half the salaries of 10 new science, expertise, engineering and math school by way of August 2028, letting the professors spend half their time conducting analysis and offering analysis alternatives to college students.
